- When will I receive my tracking information?
- Tracking information will be automatically dispersed by e-mail once your order ships.
- When will my order arrive?
- Cycling apparel requires 3-5 days for production.
- Fishing apparel will be processed and shipped within 3 days.
- Please allow 10-20 business days for cycling jerseys and bibs to arrive in North America & Austrailia, 10-20 business days to Europe & Asia, and 15-30 business days to South America.
- Where are the items being shipped from?
- Though we are a California based company, our factories and warehouses are located in Hong Kong. Items will be shipped to you from Hong Kong.
- Do you offer custom fishing and cycling gear?
- I'm not happy with my item / it does not fit, can I return it?
- We will accept returns as long as all tags are intact and items have not been used. Please note that postage is paid by the buyer. We will not accept returns on custom-designed garments.
- Returns will be shipped to our California location, address will be provided one the return is approved.
- My order is incomplete, where is the rest?
- Because we have multiple warehouses, some orders will be shipped separately and may arrive on different days. Please allow a few days for the remainder of your order to arrive.
