Returns Policy
Order Cancellations
All orders can be canceled within 12 hours after placing the order. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Refunds & Returns
US CUSTOMERS:
There is a $10 return fee for U.S. customers. This includes an automatically generated shipping label which you will use to send back to us your unwanted item. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your product. Please allow 7 days for your refund to appear on your original form of payment. Refunds are not accepted on custom-designed garments.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
International customers will ship their items back to us using their preferred courier. Postage is paid for by the customer. We recommend you have a tracking number to track your return. If it is lost in transit and you do not have a tracking number, we are not able to refund you.
Exchanges
ALL CUSTOMERS:
Any customer who wishes to exchange their items are required to send back their unwanted items (unwashed, unworn, with tags) to us using their preferred courier. Postage is paid for by the customer. We recommend you have a tracking number to track your exchange. If it is lost in transit and you do not have a tracking number, we will not be able to exchange your item.
